Healing Temple Outreach Services
The Healing Temple Church of God in Christ #1 is committed to enhancing the spiritual, social, and physical well-being of its congregation and the wider community. Our outreach services are designed to meet the needs of the community, from addressing food insecurity to providing senior care, youth development, housing, and veteran support. We are dedicated to healing the whole person, guided by our belief in the scripture, 'Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.'
Emergency Food Pantry
Healing Temple Church provides a weekly distribution of food to low-income to moderate-income families, including fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and other protein items, as well as dairy, canned goods, and dry products in an open space for open helf shopping
Senior Care
HEALING TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST #1 provides a space where Seniors are supported. We provide resources that help Seniors offset household expenses and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Youth Development
HEALING TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST #1 provides prevention and empowerment programs to the youth in the Austin Community.
